YOGA
International Yoga Day is celebrated every year on 21st June. In our institution, the day was observed with enthusiasm and active participation of students and staff.
The program began with a brief introduction about the importance of yoga for physical and mental health. Students performed various asanas and breathing exercises under the guidance of instructors.
The celebration created awareness about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and the benefits of regular yoga practice.
