Republic Day was celebrated in our GRD College with great pride and patriotism. The program began with flag hoisting and the National Anthem, followed by cultural events and speeches. The celebration reminded us of the importance of the Constitution and our duties as responsible citizens.

The skill of evaluaion refers to the ability of a teacher to assess students learning and measure the achievement of instructional objectives. An effective teacher uses various evaluaion techniques such as oral questioning, written tests, assignments, and observations.

Evaluation should be continuous and objective. It helps the teacher identify students strengths and weaknesses and provide necessary guidance for improvement. Proper evaluation ensures effective teaching-learning and enhances students academic performance.
